You can apply
for a marriage license in Grand County,
UT (where Moab is located) up to 30 days
in advance of your wedding date. (If you
are getting married in San Juan County [Canyonlands,
La Sal, etc.] you can still get your marriage
license at the Grand County Clerk's office).
Applications must be made in person, with
both the bride and groom present. Remember
to bring proper identification, divorce
or other paperwork, and cash or a check.
As of March 2007, the fee is $46. Please
