dining. Her real passion is gardening. You'll
notice her work when strolling the Cali Cochitta
grounds, and herbs from her garden add a special
touch to many of the dishes.
David has more than twenty years in food management.
He has worked for Country Clubs and fine restaurants.
His catering experience includes functions for
National and International organizations and
dignitaries including President George Bush.
He has catered to groups as large as 5,000 and
has received numerous awards for food and table
presentation. |
