We can accommodate smaller groups of 18-24
in 1 of our 2 dining rooms, or a group of up
to 20 in our wine cellar (during warmer months).
Renting the entire facility is also an option
for parties larger than this. A minimum charge
for food & beverage will apply in this case.
Moab Springs Ranch has a beautiful meadow in
the back of the property where the natural spring
comes out. It is the perfect setting for a wedding
ceremony or reception. For more information
on renting the meadow, please contact Laura
or Valerie at 435-259-7891. The Desert
Bistro will prepare the food for your occasion,
but all other arrangements need to be made through
Moab Springs Ranch.

Fat City has two outdoor terraces. The lattice-enclosed
terrace can accommodate large groups of up to
forty people while the upstairs patio features
tables with umbrellas and a remarkable view

Celebrating its 100th year in 2006, Star
Hall was originally built by the Mormon Church
as a recreation hall for dances, parties,
weddings and funerals. It is listed on the
National Register of Historic Places and is
overseen by the County. The Hall currently
has a seating capacity of 345, and no alcohol
permitted in or around premises.

patios, one of which consists of a cool grassy
area (the remains of the champagne-filled pool)
and trees. Both patios make a splendid place
