Moab Community Theater -
founded in 1972, the Theater presents stage plays and radio
theatre from dramatic works to melodramas. Performing the
play "Fuddy Meers" in February 2006 at Star
Hall to commemorate the Hall's 100th year! The Theater
will provide donations from proceeds this year for the continuing
renovation of the hall. |

Points & Pebbles Rock Club - Meets every third Thursday
of the month at the Community Church followed on Saturday
by a rock-hunting outing. |

Times-Independent - Moab's weekly newspaper, published
each Thursday. Registration required. |

Retired Seniors Volunteer Program
(RSVP) - Volunteers offer a multitude of assistance
to the community including hanging posters for events, reading
to Grand County schoolchildren, providing transportation,
assisting with Medicare applications, and participation
in other events and organizations including: Friendly Companions,
Bird Club, Wabi Sabi Thrift Store, Moab
Music Festival, Humane Society, CERT (Community Emergency
Response Team), Foster Grandparent program, Hospice, and
TIP (Trauma Intervention Program). Phone 435-259-1302 for
